Antonio Pirrello is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist practicing in Ottawa and Montreal. His interest in integrative medicine began while living in Italy, where his personal experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine sparked a deep appreciation for its therapeutic potential and inspired him to pursue it professionally. A significant influence in Antonio’s journey was Dr. Bruno Zappia, M.D., TCM Doctor, recognized as one of the pioneers of Chinese Medicine in Italy. Under Dr. Zappia’s mentorship, Antonio developed a strong foundation in both the philosophy and clinical principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, fostering a lifelong passion for this ancient healing system. Antonio completed his training between Italy and Canada and was drawn to North America by its openness to integrative and collaborative approaches to healthcare. He currently maintains active clinical practices in both Ottawa and Montreal. Committed to continuous learning and clinical growth, Antonio regularly explores new techniques and perspectives to deepen his understanding and refine his approach to patient care. He believes that effective treatment begins with individualized assessment, sound clinical knowledge, and a comprehensive understanding of each person as a whole. Antonio works with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions and has a particular clinical interest in allergic conditions, chronic degenerative disorders, digestive health, and musculoskeletal conditions, while remaining especially engaged by complex cases that encourage deeper clinical understanding and continued learning.
